S'more Nachos
These are the easiest ever and you don't need a campfire!
1. Arrange graham cracker sheets on a cookie sheet and squeeze them tightly together.
You can line the pan with parchment or foil if you like for easiest clean up.
2. Sprinkle milk chocolate chips on top of the graham cracker sheets.
3. Sprinkle mini marsh mellows on top of the chips & crackers.
4. Place under broiler on lower shelf until marsh mellows are toasted. (3-5 min)
5. Optional topping can included shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
Cream Puff Dessert
CRUST:
In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of water until it is boiling. Add 1 stick of margarine and 1 cup flour. Stir until it forms a ball. Take off heat. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, stirring. Put into an ungreased cake pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 400. Cool completely.
FILLING:
Beat together two 3 1/2 ounce packages pudding (any flavor), one 8 ounce package cream cheese and 2 1/2 cups milk. Pour on top of crust.
TOPPING:
Top with 8 ounces Cool Whip. Drizzle Hershey's chocolate over top. Refrigerate.
Dessert Cheese Ball
2 - sticks butter (not margarine) – room temp
2 - pkgs cream cheese –room temp
2 – tsp vanilla or other flavoring/liqueur
1 – pkg milk choc chips
1-1/2 C + powdered sugar
2 C chopped pecans/walnuts
Cream butter, cream cheese & vanilla together until very creamy and smooth. Mix in choc chips.
Add powdered sugar ½ C at a time. (The more powdered sugar used, the stiffer the mix will be.)
Mix well, scrap down bowl. Line a bowl for molding with plastic wrap. Press mixture into lined bowl.
Fold plastic wrap ends over the top to seal the mix and cover tightly with lid. Refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, unmold and roll in chopped nuts; reshape as needed. Center nut-covered ball on serving dish.
Surround with graham cracker sticks or other cookies (choc are very good.)
Peaches & Cream Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box cheesecake pudding mix
1 C water
½ C Canola oil
4 Eggs
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
20 oz fresh sliced, pealed peaches (if canned use premium brand)
8oz cream cheese - softened
1 C sugar
8 TBS Peach brandy or peach juice/syrup
Mix cream cheese with sugar & peach brandy.
Blend until creamy/smooth. Set aside.
Blend cake mix, pudding mix with 4 eggs,
water and oil. Pour in greased 9x13 cake pan.
Top cake batter with sliced peaches arranged
evenly on top.
Pour cream cheese mix over peaches evenly.
Bake 1 hr at 350º
